Certainly.What do you need?
For Emerald Window Decoration: [link]
For wallpaper: [link]
You have to install Emerald window decoration,Compiz,Compiz fusion icon,Conky, Cairo-Dock,Tint2 and Covergloobus.
I do not know how good you are with Gnome but I'm at your disposal for any question.:)
I am new to Ubuntu so I have no idea how to use Gnome like this so yeah I mainly play with windows. I have conky but I can't seem to use it. And As for the other ones that you have listed I don't have them. I have been trying to get conky to work for a while now and I'm still lost. I have made the changes to the name that I was told to but I can't find the files now to to make the other changes that would be needed to other themes. As well as the fact that it says that its there but I can't find the files even when I use the search. So yeah I'm lost.

With my bad English is very difficult to explain to you how to do.
You know how to use the terminal?
You can install the programs directly from it.
For Emerald: [link]
For Covergloobus: [link]
For Tint2: [link]
For Compiz: [link]
For Cairo-dock: [link]

I assume that you have Ubuntu 12.04 or more.
How long have you use Linux?
The theme that you have seen is a little difficult if you do not have much experience with Linux. Then you must also configure Conky with scripts. Lua.
If you lost Conky, open the terminal and type conky and Ok.
Very nice... as always !
The setup fit so good with your wall :)
Have a beautiful day my dear friend.

Wow! This looks fantastic. I could port this to Windows, but it is to much work. Don'Ät have the time.
